Don't remember the cost but I will post pics tomorrow when I get home from the shop. They also sell a neat spring loaded tool for making the indents. I have
a drawer of spur drives I have bought trying to find one that really works great.
These do the job and then some.

You still didn't answer my question. Which alloy is it?
7075, 6061, 6063, 1011, 3105? I still have never heard of high speed aluminum. High speed aluminum MACHINING yes high speed aluminum stock nope.

I do NOT know the specifics of the aluminum.... I get it from a friend of mine in the machinist business and when I asked him what type of aluminum it is he referred to it as "highspeed aluminum" perhaps that is slang lingo for aero-lite "aircraft aluminum" or something similar.... it comes highly polished and is usually in flat bar lengths....take a look at my thread featuring "pics of custom router jig for porper model-b" that features a close-up of the aluminum stock in question !

I'm sorry I do NOT have an exact terminology for the item in question, if it is that critical to you I can follow up on it and get all the specific data regarding it's molecular structure, exact composition and melting temperatures if needed... just let me know !

There is no such thing as "high speed aluminum". Gauge has to do with the thickness of sheet metal not the strength of aluminum.

My bad Arnot.... you ARE correct !!!

I get a little loose with my words sometimes and don't catch the errors....

"denisity" was my choice of word that should have been used !

Don't need to know "molecular structure, exact composition and melting temperatures" Just would like to know what alloy.
No need to get defensive.
