Kind of curious as to what happened to the following players.

1. Greg Fix (He was a solid player from who dropped off the map)

2. Mike Rinella (Great junior player kinda a little immature but he had potential)

3. Freddy Boggs (Great one pocket player could sneak up on anyone)

4. Claude Bernatchez (Well rounded player seemed like a nice guy)

5. John Henry (First player I seen go eight and out on his back to back breaks. I had his game over rated but what do you do when a guy goes 24 and out in three games)

6. Mike Bandy (Was a machine on the bar box in the early ninetes)

7. Luc Deprie? (Did well a few years ago at derby city one pocket never seen him again)

8. Eric Durbin (lots of gamble and a lot of game)

9. Danny Medina (great player for years)

10. Roger Griffis (played great in the late nineties but as disapeared)

Hi Huckster,

Don't know about any of the above except for: Freddie Boggs - He can be found a few days a week at the Las Vegas Cue Club. Still plays some great one hole. I believe work will keep him from the US Open One Pocket event later this month in Vegas. Danny Medina - Saw him in Reno for the US Bar Box. Haven't seen him since. I believe he still lives in the Denver area.

Mike Bandy is here in the Chicagoland area. He has 4 boys that he participates in every sport with. His kids are talented, smart and very polite kids. Mike and Tammy Bandy live for their kids. I woudln't be surprised to see any one of his kids in the major leagues one of these days.

Mike still does play pool. You can find him at local events and aleways at The Windy City Open in January. He also plays on a "Moose" team with my husband Bob Romano, Jeff Sergent, and Bob Pisut.

Eric Durban is still around here in the midwest. He participated in several Midwest Open's and Windy City Opens.

One year later still curious on any of the above mentioned players. Any info is appreciated.

Luc Dupierne was living in Memphis for awhile, working in a poolroom and living with his lovely lady. I believe they have (or will have) moved to Tampa. He'll have all the action in Florida he can handle. But Luc's an old Mississippi boy. He'll do alright if he stays cool.
