I certainly do. Might be a bit tough to get a hold of at times, but he makes a fantastic case.
Call Jphn on his listed number on China Time when he is up, and not on US time, he will answer. When it is like 7p in AZ it is 8 am where John is.

Also, what's with the half of an 8ball? And what's in the plastic bag?
Well mine will be disappointing for all the custom lovers.. I've gone simple recently. The loaded custom lambros is tucked a way and the jack justis case in in the cedar closet. I'm keeping it cheap and simple now.
That's a tip tool from Bilking Korea, it's got 3 functions. It can Level the ferrule top flat for tip change, create "r" on tip before shaping and lastly to trim the sides of tips in line with ferrule.
How well does it work with laminated tips? I've seem some photos of it being used but the tip still looked very flat. This will work for normal tips right? (12.75mm ish) I'm thinking of getting one myself, I don't want to change my tip at the shop for $20 a piece anymore, will this do the trick?

How does it compare to having it done at a shop? It looks like a very interesting tool that seems to suit my needs. Are there any other products that I should purchase after using this to make my tip usable or is this all I need? More specifically, I want to use this with Kamui tips and others that I'd like try in the future. It works great on all tips. One of the best tools made IMO for retipping cues manually.

Yeah I saw some videos that I have to be really slow and take off small pieces at a time, never huge chunks. Any reputable site that you recommend me to purchase from? Oh forgot to ask, how do people replace phenolic/hard tips at home? Such as white diamond, samsara etc, this tool isn't strong enough to do that is it?You can trim the tip perfectly flush and dome it easily. Then you just use a piece of leather to burnish the sides and when done it's as good as a shop job. You might need to watch some vids to figure out a few techniques but you can certainly end up with a great looking tip job.
