I even tried it side by side with a high dollar Predator break cue and could find no reason for spending the extra on the Predator. http://www.amazon.com/Champion-Ferrari-Break-Billiard-Values/dp/B008P4PWJ2 If I hadn't gone with this one, my next choices would have been the Cuetec Meteor or a Schmelke break cue.
