Lets say Porper vs. Cue Smith Deluxe which is better for the following;

Ease of Use: Cue Smith Deluxe

Durabilty: Cue Smith Deluxe

Accuracy: Well they both should be accurate. They both have well built chucks on them but the soft jaw chuck is easier to maintain and true up the jaws boring them out every once in a while. Just my 2 cents

as i said in the other thread. all machines are good once you learn the machine. i personally like the deluxe

i like the ppl at unique . customer service is a very important thing. all machines are good. when learning to make cues you will come across many many queastions. for this chris hightower gives perfect customer service. its as good as it gets. he will talk you through over the phone anything that you have a problem with.

also chris uses a drill type tail stock which make finding tools alot easier. you can buy anything almost anywhere. other machines use a tailstock with a morse taper which makes tool a little harder to find. cant just go to the hardwear shoer and buy a tool

Like this question hasn't been asked a million times. Good point about the tailstock though.
