What's the largest............

10x10 were played on in the old days. I read some where that one of those oil princes had a 12x12 table. You would ask a hard Q.. are you really Dan Rather? :D

English snooker tables are 12x6 (supposed to be, or i'll feel like an ass...) and U.S. Snooker tables are supposed to be 10x5 (see aforementioned statement) and the standard "pool table" size used to be 10x5.

That's all i know...

I heard that there were a few 7x14 snooker tables in India. Anyone know if it's true?
Man, that's alotta green. Imagine being stuck on the short rail shooting for the pocket at the other end!

It would be possible, I forgot about India and their affinity for snooker. However, you will need a golf cart... :D

big table

I heard somewhere that ... Louie the 16th, of France (1700 +?)... had a 8' by 16' table in one of his palaces.
...if not, could still be fun to play on one...
