What's the reputability of Pay Per View

With a lot of sites offering Pay Per View, any input as to safety or reputation of such sites. Many wind up on You Tube anyway later on. $10 bucks a day or so is not much to ask for but security and site management is important for logging in etc. problems.

I've only used BigTruck(PoolAction) and Accu-Stats and i've had zero issues. Have always used paypal and have had no issues there either.
