Playing 10 ball, you shoot at the lowest(2 ball)numbered ball, call the 10 ball, plays the 10 but scratch ,is this a lost of game or the 10 ball is spotted.

The only game I know of that has a "make the game ball and scratch, you lose" rule is 8-ball. The rest is just a regular foul, and the ball comes up and gets spotted.
