Whats Up With the Front Page Story?

The last thing on the front page about the IPT is about Jim Rempe's withdrawal. Why is the IPT being ignored, and instead there is some poorly written article about some tiny handicapped women's tournament? Today there was some amazing pool being played at the Venitian, and instead we get an article about some girls hanging up the 8-ball every other game. This is not a complaint, I am just really curious why this is bigger news than the IPT...

I actually like the idea having those front page stories from something else than IPT. They have their own website AND almost every pool-related site writes about that so i like to read things that may not be published otherwise at least during IPT tournament.

My point is many people have heard of this site and visit it for the latest coverage on major tournaments. They don't even know about the forums. Heck they may not even know that the IPT has a website. What would they think if they came here looking for the latest news on the IPT and see some article with poor grammar on some tiny handicapped event with $500 added?

Can't argue with you (am i sick or something?) because you have good points in that. Maybe a link to results and coverage would do no harm.
