Hey Blud,
After I retire here in a few years and move back to my ranch in Rocksprings, which I don't remember being too far from Leaky, we'll play a little one hole. I'll bring the beer, since we're not a dry county :D .

Ya'll have fun!!!!

Jim

Hi Jim,
The family ranch is south of Rocksprings 5 miles, and turn west,
at the air/port road, go 11 bump gates, then turn right at the fork and go west for 6.5 miles, and your there, go another 7.7 miles, and your at the house. it's way back in the hills.. My dad sold off 1800 acres about 20 years ago. My brother bought the rest, [3450 acres] from our dad, when he was put in a home...
Our place was in between the old BEAN, ranch and Specks ranch.
Before we bought the ranch, I had a lease with Walker Epperson, for a few years. He paased on and left everything to William, his yougest son.

Last time I was there we had a big shrimp boil and big party at the ranch. Must of been half the county showed up.

Don't get out there much any more. It's only 60 miles from here. Got my own place to take care of. Lots of work to do on a place as you should know, along with building cues and machines.

Come on down and play some one-hole.

My place is part of the old Davis Ranch. We're 14 miles west of Rocksprings, goin' towards Del Rio. I'm not sure if you remember the forrest fire up there around '97 or '98, my land is about 1000 yards from where it started. 'Bout 2000 acres burned, luckily they were down wind from me. We're now "welcoming" Border Patrol to be there everyday, if ya' no what I mean.

I'll be down there in Novemeber and December for Deer season, maybe we can get together around then, it'll probably be time for a new cue for Christmas too  !

Hey Jim,
Yes, I do remember that fire. Got within about 3 miles of our place, on the south/west corner. We got lucky.

I normally go to Japan, in Dec., but this year I'll go in nov., or early jan., due to Grady's tournament Dec. 8th thru the 12th.
Most likly I'll go in jan.......Never the less, please call so we can hook up. 830-232-5991
