Where are all of the sticks going?

I think there are 100,000's hidden away in closets. I'm a small time collector and have 13 cues & 4 on order. I know some people that have 20+ and that's an understatement. Just go to the cue gallery on this site and you will see some very large collections.

In my Thursday night 8 ball league, we have 5 teams, so I'd say about 35-40 players total. 4 of us have custom cues in the whole bunch. Everyone else has very low production cues and mostly 200 or less.

We have several hundred people in our apa league. Since I dont make it a habit to check out what other people play with I have no idea percentage wise the amount of over 400.00 cues compared to under.

Heck i have team mates that have been with me for quite a while and have no idea what they shoot with.

The list of custom cues I am aware of are mike bender....Richard black....phillipi....russ esperitu....mike Erwin...pechaur.....pat deviney....and a chit load of Alex brick j/b's. No kidding about those bricks. I can name 20 of the top of my head and undoubtedly more that I am not aware of.

As for production...chit load of predators and meuccis. .i am aware of a few players also.

The players are the only ones I listed that would be under 400.00.

Guess a lot of apa players around here dont like cheap.cues....at least the people I know. Oh yea....one guy has a players with a predator shaft....guess the total would be over 400.00

I don't know, but even selling a quality cue is getting tough at give away prices.
