Just curious to see where everyone else is staying at?

We are at the Best Western about a mile down the road.

We were late this year. Radison Weds & Thurs, Sheraton Park Friday & Saturday unless something opens up at the Radison.

We stayed at the Best Western our first year at the Expo, maybe 2001 or 2002. It's a nice place.

Ever since, we have been staying at the Radisson.
Call me lazy, but I hate moving the car every day. It also makes it easier, if my wife wants to go to the room, for a while, while I sweat some more matches.

I got the Extended Stay Homestead Inn through Hotwire for under $70-It's about 3/4 mile away but on the 'side road' that goes to the Expo Center. It's a good location.

Anyone booking the Motel 6- get EXACT directions and don't deviate just because you see it.

If you try to get there because you have seen it before and "know where it is"-forget it. If you go by it the wrong way, it might take you 5 miles of torture to find it again-maybe 10 miles when you miss it twice- and three times is a good possibility.

I'm staying at my house! I only live about 40 minutes away, and I can't wait til the Expo is here!

Hey, me too.

Not your house, but mine, silly!:p

I'm staying at the Radisson this year. Previous year's I stayed at the McIntosh Inn which has now become a Holiday Inn Express as of last year. That one is located down the road about 2 minutes away.

I'll be at the Sheraton - can anyone tell me if it's really walking distance or not?

The only hotels that are walking distance, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, are the Radisson and the Scanticon.
