Hello!
My name is Mike , I’m a very tall pool player. That’s way I have big problems with my 58 inches cues.
I’m looking for a longer cue (59”, 60” or best 61”) and I can’t find nowhere and I don’t have enough money for a custom personalized cue from cue makers.
Can you help me with this problem?
Thanks a lot!

You might just want to get a 3 inch extension for the joint.
Other choices a lot of the filipino cues are 60"
Smellke makes 60" cues

Do you know any web site from where i can make a order for this extension or where I can find this filipino cues and smellke cues?

J&D can help you

Birdy ,
This is Jim of J&D CUSTOMS and we can help you with this.
We build custom cues for just this opportunity with the long arm thing.
We can build you a custom cue at a very reasonable orice to fit your needs.
What kind of wood do you like?
Do you like wrapped or no wrap cues?
If you tell me what kind of cue you would like I will email you with a price and ship time to see if it's in your budget.
Like to here from you and thanx for your time,
Jim

I have searched the internet and i didn't find any smellke or filipino cues, and no 3 inch extension!
Please give me more details about this!

The extension would have to be made by your local cue maker to be fitted right. It would be hard to find and get the right diameter. Sorry about the spelling, it was a joke.:D It is Schmelke

That's what I was thinking...LOLz....there's nothing cheap about queperfect....

I am 6,5" and play with a Schon Cue, you can get a 31" shaft through them and it plays great.
Mike, I would agree with Brhawk. Either buy or have a longer shaft built for your cue. Price range can various, figure around $160????

I have 6ft 8" and I don't know if a 61 inches cue would be enough for me !
Efren Reyes has 5ft 8" and his cue is 60 inches. So maybe I need a 64-65 inches cue for my 6ft 8" height.
What do you think?

The cuemaker I PM'd you about recently completed a 64" cue for someone here locally.

I appoligize if your question has been answered, I don't have time read all post. I recently upgraded to a 60" cue for my 76" reach. Before I settled on my Josey I was in negotiations with a guy who had a 60" custom "Mike Erwin" , a real beauty too. he still has it as of Friday, PM me if interested.

you might want to shoot with one first.......i was in your boat...im 6'3" and long armed, thought a 60 or 61" cue would be perfect for me, but I never could adapt to it, I dont know if its the heavier weight or the extra length woudlnt let me follow thru or what. I tried several longer cues as well as longer shafts for my schon, and in the end I ended up going back to my standard 58" setup......not saying it wont work for you, just might want to try a couple or go with a cheap setup initially, maybe even a 31" shaft (i got one for my schon off ebay for less than 100).

Viking will make you a pool cue in the length you desire. One thing to remember is that your height is not that important for the length of the cue. What really matters is your reach. Like a boxers measurement. How long your arms are and how wide your shoulders are do make a difference.
