I don't think they came with non-slip tape. Try getting some thin neoprene and gluing it to the bottom of the foot. this will give your floor protection and also prevent sliding.

Are you referring to the cork pads on the bottoms of the ball bearing trays, used for adjusting the feet? If so call Brunswick, or visit a home center for cork tiles and spray glue them onto the bottoms of the trays.
