Where do you get the "puffy" billiard grips?

I've seen a lot of the thin, rubber roll-on sleeves, but where can I find the grip (or of similar variety) the professionals use, as in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_LGneyBPbM&feature=related

Is this a permanent installation, or can it be removed between games?

I'm new to the game, so obviously I have to buy ALL the things! Thanks in advance.

The suggestions you have already received are very good but if you are looking for a "puffy billiard grip" go to www.billaresrufes.com . This is a spanish site and they do not reply in English but only Spanish so have your Google translate ready. Any responses you send should be in Spanish. I had a very difficult time ordering the item you are looking for because of the language barrier and there was a "glitch" in the payment process which would not allow me to designate the shipping so that shipping cost could be included in the charge to my credit card. Despite these problems the product was exactly what I wanted and I'm extremely happy with it. Please refer all emails to "Vicente" who work dilligently with me throughout the ordering process.
On the website you are looking for "Manguito Clicon" which means "silicone grip". The manufacture's name is "Cyclone".
The shipping is $25 plus $5 each for the grips so I ordered 6 but only got 2allowing the charge for the other four to cover the shipping. Hopefully they have corrected their website to allow you to charge the shipping properly. I want to stress that grips are not built to be taken off and on frequently
I have tried 3 different grips, 2 I ordered from Kozoom and 1 from Ozone. This grip is vastly superior to them all. I wish you good hunting.

Here are the grips, Longoni makes the grips in both rubber and suede. The slang term for them is "Condoms" because you have to roll them onto the cue.

I think these are all great examples, but not specifically what I am talking about. I remember back in a billiard club in Koreatown, Los Angeles, some of the cues people were using had a wrap that felt like that tacky bandage wrap, but squishy like memory foam. Hard to describe, but tapered and neatly finished at the ends (top and bottom of the wrap). Also to note, what triggered my memory of it was the fact that many of the examples in the videos online are white in color. I don't believe any of the examples posted even come in white. OH, almost similar to the neoprene grips you see on longer windshield ice scrapers.

It kind of felt like this, but was dark green and dark blue:

Go to a local sporting goods supply and check out the different wrap grips for golf clubs and tennis rackets.

It looks and sounds more like tennis wrap grips.
