Where find cog joint protectors?

Hi,
I've tried to e-mail directly to Joe Gold but I don't received reply yet.
So I ask to you: where can I find the "standard" (plastic/vinyl ) joint protectors for Cognoscenti cues?
I'm in italy so some shops with website.

Call him from Italy its very hard(also for the language, write is simple, speak by phone very hard).

If someone has to speak with Joe, please could ask about Joint protectors?
