Where in the hell do pool players disappear to??

Scooter Goodman is the best player here in Cleveland yet I haven't EVER seen him. I've been running around from tourney to tourney, room to room, and keeping up with the pool world over the past two years and I've never once seen him or heard a story of him being around since 2013. Yet he'll show up at Derby City and play for 20k or whatever lol. And he popped up in that American Roadplayer Documentary. WTF?

Same with Adam Smith. I think he lives somewhere within a few hours of Cleveland. A year ago he was at every tournament in the area beating everybody and now he never shows up anywhere. I haven't heard his name mentioned in a long time.

Where do these people go? Do they work for a living? Do they just take a year off every once in a while or what?

I'd love to know...

Why, how much they owe YOU?😁

I noticed your location....is Middletown Whitey still playing?

....last time I heard, he was playing at Michael's.

I always liked his competitive attitude.....a great guy to play with.

Not sure if Whitey is playing anymore and, last I heard, Tommy was delivering pizzas.

Oddly, I play more up around Dayton than Middletown or Cinci. (I'm from the Dayton area, so...)

most wind up back with mom and dad. LOL. Except for a few exceptional pool players most are pool poor and need a 30hr work week to make ends meet. Until pool starts streaming coded events with a time clock with Danny Diliberto types color announcing it ain't gonna happen. Right now I'd rather watch female Pro's.
