Hi. I'm looking to purchase a The Professional drop pocket table in 9ft. The only place I have found to order it is from Indiana. Final price for table, delivery, and set up $8450. Comes with everything though. Chair, lights, 8 house cues, Super Pro Aramith balls and so on. Anyone know of a place that can beat that?

You could try calling up Wes Burden (Billiard Fitter) based in Tampa to see what he is aware of.

Have you contacted Diamond to find an authorized dealer? Maybe a call to chat with the folks at a local or in-state billiards store.

Not sure where you are either. I contemplated getting one myself, but ended up going with a used GC IV that willl be refurbished. If I had more of a focal point or isolated type of room I probably would have splurged, but for now the GC should do quite nicely - first table in the house in the 20+ years I've been playing.

One thing I briefly checked into was getting a slightly used table from a tournament, like the ones they sell after the US Open. Wasn't much of a break from new, but they were advertising a few months ago $4600 for the table and I think $5000 for table with balls and rack. Not sure what delivery would be. Maybe they do the same thing after other tourneys such as Derby etc.?
