Where to order new rubber and cloth?

Got a Brunswick table over size 8' / Wanna replace cloth with the best and replace the rubber on rails/ Where should I order it ? Thanks . Oh by the way if I wanna tighten the pockets should I have the rubber cut longer rather than adding an extra shim? Thanks

Thinking about it/ Talk with a local guy that does it/ he said he would get the rails/ and recover them I have to order cloth.
