Where's RKC

Anybody have an RKC sighting lately? He has been noticeably missing from the forum. While he can be abrasive at times he certainly keeps the forum moving. Since he last posted the forum has come close to a standstill and there has been very little in the form of expert opinion and advice.

I have recently completed a restore of an Anniversary and would like to thank the expert mechanics and fellow amateurs who have taken on similar projects. The project would have been a trial and error nightmare without this forum.

He is still banned. Wonder when he's allowed back if he will post again.

Joe,

If you have a chance post a few pictures of your completed Anniversary. Thanks in advance, Steve

pictures coming

I'm busy recovering and resetting the slates on my Diamond Pro. The Diamond has become the secondary table since the Anniversary was completed. This is what happens when the only pool hall in town closes, you end up with two tables at home and no laundry room.

It's is amazing to me how an otherwise well built table like the Diamond would use such an unsubstantial frame. Compared to the Brunwick it looks like crating material and is considerably lighter. I am sure the Diamond frame meets engineering requirements but some extra beef in the frame would surely make solider and play better.

When I get caught up I will post pictures.

Pictures Soon,
