Which Cue Repairman, Does Which Tournament

I know Joe Blackburn does repair at the U.S. 9Ball Open . But what other Cue Repairman does repair at which Tournament? What are the feeling of other Cuemakers seeing their cue been repair? I overheard Bob Meucci tell Blackburn "I hope you using a Meucci ferrule on that cue."

After virtually stocking Joe at DCC this year if he is anywhere it doesn't matter who else shows. My feeling is other cuemakers would not mind a repair person working on their cues as long as that person is talented enough not to screwup the repair.

There are usually 5 or 6 at the BCA nationals.
Guido, Jude Hammond, Ron Guyer, Bludworth, Blackburn. If I remember correct.
