Actually all the cushions are badly rotted and warped. The table from new was in a corner room with all windows around it and the sun really did a number on it.

I notice that Artemis makes different profile cushions. Is the K-66 the one I want using Aramith 2 1/4" balls?

You want the artemis intercontinental 66 K-55 profile cushions. They are the best by far and i have 4 sets left 250shipped they run about 400 a set let me know

I guess it's worth repeating here for the un-informed -

Artemis Pool 66 = K66 profile
Artemis Intercontinental 66 = K55 profile

On a side note - Accufast cushions have a lifetime warranty so it would be wise to check with Olhausen for replacement first.
