Which Rules Format Do You Prefer?

In 8-Ball and 9-Ball Tournament play, which Rules format do you prefer? BCA, APA, Texas Express, WPA or another type?

Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

texas express, I ran tourny for years before retirment and always used tx exp OLD MAN STICK
 
wats the Texas Express rule? i might be playing this in my local tourney maybe i just don't know what it's called.

Any rules that are voted on by the players before the tournament, If they are predetermined I believe Texas Express will be favored by most.

8-Ball would be any that did not have ball in hand involved....

i like ALTERNATING BREAKS.....

this makes EVERY game important. something like holding serve in tennis.
