Which Wizard tip, medium/hard?

I picked up a couple Wizard tips, a medium and a hard, and I'm not really sure which I want to install. I'm trying to replicate the hit of a sneaky I have with a Super Pro tip (obvious answer would be to get more Super Pros but I want to try something new), so which would be closer? Do they tend to get harder over time?

I just put on a Medium Wizard and love it! I changed from a Sniper so it seems hard to me. They get very dry around the side but if you use a tiny bit of lotion it looks great. I'm a convert! Love em.
