Allen & Mitch were in attendance and provided commentary from a location outside the playing area.., maybe from an ESPN trailer parked outside the arena.

There was not a booth set-up in the arena.., I could see the action on the Basketball Hall of Fame scoreboard video monitors but Allen & Mitch were nowhere to be found during the match.
