Who is still producing full splice cues?

I was checking out some cues from Mark Bear's website and it got me interested in who else is producing full splice cues? Who is supposed to be the best, and how can I get into contact with any of these fine cue makers?

A best poll would probably give Joel Hercek the nod.

John Davis has returned to the cue making world and is building full-splices.

I believe that several other cuemakers have the capability to make full-splice cues including Pete Tascarella, Andy Gilbert , and Travis Niklich (BlackCreek Cues).

The most under-rated or overlooked however has got to be the Prather Cue company.
