Who is the best player in Al playing one hole, banks, 9 and 10 ball on a big table? Who's the best barbox player? I thought since many want to know who the best in certain states are, this would be ok. Lets here the opinions?

Is Jimmy King still around and playing or is he still kidding himself thinking he's a great poker player?
He was kicking around Meridian for a while, but I haven't seen him in over a month.
It used to be Clyde R. Jones, from Decatur. They called him "The Alabama Crimson Clyde." The guy could run out from anywhere, at any time.
Last I heard, Clyde was no longer playing but was working a booth in the midway at a county fair. For a dollar a shot he would guess your weight.
Someone asked him why he would give up pool to work at a carnival. Clyde just shrugged and said, "Your guess is as good as mine." :smile:

Just a couple names here, I don't know everyone in AL personally but I know these guys and they play ok. Don't know about best in the state but I'm pretty sure Harold will match up with anyone.

Last time I saw jimmy king was at the boat in lake charles..He said he has a system for snapping off sizzlin 7 slots..of course i told him he was nuts..but he watched and waited and watched and waited..and boom..just sat down and snapped off 2 of em..ha ha he had a lil gamble back when he was in Tx..
