It could be anything.
Looks like a Dale Patten but a lot of people made Hoppe/Rambow look alikes. Many of his cues were unmarked. It would help to see the joint.

i bought that Dale Patten off ebay. And it had a Richie Florence RF logo on the hoppe ring... perhaps when i get the cue back from Scott Sherbine i will take a couple more pics and compare notes.

I saw this cue on ebay. I think it could be an old Huebler. The pin looked like a 5/16-18, but the points look very Huebler to me. Get close up pics of the joint and collars.

Yes, you can see the nylon insert in the shaft.
Here are some pics of one I just sold to a Huebler collector. This cue was made before Huebler started marking the cues with their name. They had a little round sticker on the butt that just peeled off - the actual model numbers started with a letter "Q".
These were very early hueblers. These cues were made in the 1974- 1975 time period. Mine actually had a clear coated wrap similar to a Meucci.
Ps. - when I took these pics, I grabbed the wrong shaft.
