Who make good cue that is $400 and below?

I am looking for a cue maker who make custom cues that can work out a deal....I am not talking low balling the person....but someone who got a good price deal on custom cue. I've seen 700-3000 dollars cues. only one I've seen is 600 dollars as lowest I seen. there anyone out there that make cue at 400 dollars or below......my budget is 300-400 dollars cue. I play with a schon cue now but ready to have something custom.
 
Brian Prulhiere makes a custom cue below your range that I'm sure would do just fine. Great playing cue for the money..

Look no further than Ryan Theewen (RAT Cues)..
Alternatively, an entry-level sneaky or PJ BCM off Bryan Mordt might be available in the price range..

i was about to recommend Bryan Mordt. if he hasn't raised his prices he offers a few plane janes without ring work for $400 flat i think. but honestly for that price i don't think the guy should have to make too many custom adjustments
