Who makes Buffalo cues?

Like the title says, I am wondering if someone has some information about the Buffalo cues.

http://www.samleisure.co.uk/buffalo-cues/ example of a site selling them in the UK, but I cannot find out by googling Buffalo Cues who is making/ building them or a website.
My guess would be by oem in China, but any information is appreciated.

I bought a buffalo carom cue about 7 years ago and was told they were made by Adams but that could be wrong. Mine plays pretty good though.

yuji miki was responsible for a few of the buffalo cues from early 70's until early 90's.
