These cues are ordered by Predator from the listed makers, they have the Predator Logo and also has the cue makers' signed name on some of them. As for who fully designed them, I'm not sure, some could be collaboration or the cue makers design. If you look at the Samsara ones, you'll notice alot of the design is commonly used in their cues, same with Pechauer and Jacoby.
