Who makes this Q?

The Q has the maker mark of a large K with a crown above it, all is inclosed in a circle. Does anyone know who uses this mark, plus any info about him/her. Thanx.

The mark is a distinct, plain old K with a crown above, it is enclosed within a circle. It lacks the fancy design of the K in the pic from that site u provided, plus this one is in a circle. The mark is not the same. Sorry I do not have a pic.
