I posted a McDermott case about a year ago similar to share you describe, I don't have the case or the photos of it anymore.

All the old Super Mac cases from McDermott had aluminum tubes. Probably the strongest cases ever made, I saw one run over by a van with no damage to the cue and the case while warped a little was still serviceable.

I would like to see that Mc Dermott case if there is any.

There is another aluminum case which was posted by a member here that he made himself. Like to see that too.

Manage to find the pict of the Mac case.

I also found the guy who made the aluminium case.
