who uses UV for finishing

Who out there is using a UV setup to finish their
cues, and who's system / product are you using ?

Mark, I have just played around with uv and not auto clear yet. Unique products sells some nice uv clear. They suggested that purchase sealer and insulator from Axon. Uv seems to need a buffing wheel in order to bring to a good shine. I haven't gotten it to shine quite as good as I have seen with auto clear.

i use Axon's Koa Wood Insulator as a sealer and it is the best I've ever used but very expensive (about 200.00 a usable quart). I've tried Axon's U.V. finish, I've tried Epoxy Coatings Co. Helor Hi-Water finish and now Van Tec finish and haven't got any to shine as good as auto Urethane. I heard that Unique has some that is easier to shine but their price was to far out of line for me. At present I build my finish with the U.V., then sand flat and put on an auto Urethane which is so easy to rub out perfectly in about 10 minutes.
