Any of you cuemakers wanna build my j/b cue for me? I'm looking for an ebony handle/butt section into a straight-grained maple forearm j/b cue. Since it's going to be a j/b cue, I want no weight bolt and a stiff shaft for breaking / jumping. I'd like the joints to be 5/16x14 thread in case it should ever work itself loose from the stress breaking, I feel it would be safer for the cue. I'd like a white phenolic "hoppe ring" WITH a bumper also. The ebony will have to be cored to keep it around the weight I want it ( 19oz ) and I want the same trim rings at the joint as on my playing cue...pics below. The trim ring at the j/b joint can be just black if you want it to be, that's fine with me. Any more ??, PM me and lets discuss it. Thanks guys, Jeff
