who's making the easiest/quickest/best fitting current butt end extension?

Depending on what key you have right now you could just have it tapped to 10-13 and get an aftermarket adapter and extension from eBay for about $35 and ur good.
 
This thread is almost 10 years old and I guess not relevant to the OP.
There are many options today but before buying anything, once have to check that it could be fitted to the cue.
