Because he has played the most One Pocket out of all the Chinese players.
He has been playing around Houston and the rest of the south a lot over the last couple years and has gotten some one pocket "lessons" from some of the better aficionados around here. He probably doesn't move all that well still but he can definitely run 8 and out from all over the place and his cue ball control is pretty deadly. Over the course of a couple of days that I saw him practice with one of my buddies his shot selection and patterns improved and so did his strategy.
I still probably wouldn't bet on him if he were playing a one pocket "player" but he can definitely hold his own in a tournament and will probably be able to beat most pros that have the same amount (or less) of one pocket experience that he does.
