That Burton WICO pointed cue is geourgous. Here is my Gus with WICO points. This cue is completely original and untouched since new, it looks brand new now.

According to Barry, his Dad had bought 12 sets of Wico points (vinyl) and he believes that he only made maybe 5-6 cues using these points. Barry has also said that he has only seen 3 of them that he can remember.

The only thing I can say is probably better about my Wico is probably the price I paid for it:grin:. Beautiful piece. Nice to see some rare cue out there and people sharing them. I know there are a lot more hidden out there. Please share them.

I learn more and more on AZ everyday ,I heard of wico points but never knew what they were ,I love those points Steve, thanks for showing <<ED
 
Love the butt end on that Szam. I'd have thought it was a Bushka from the butt alone.

There is one here in Cincinnati that I refinished about 8 years ago. He had bought it new in 1970 or 71 for 130 something dollars. Some people here in Cincinnati kept arguing with him saying it wasn't a Szamboti because of the plastic points but he kept saying it was as he had ordered and received it from Gus. Denny Glenn came into town and identified it and commented that it was worth more as it was a rarer cue because of the Wico points.
