wiley woodworth cue in chattanoogA Tn 56k death

hey everyone my names Chris, This is my first thread on azbilliards.

This cue was my fathers he bought it at diamond billiards 3 or 4 yr ago in hixson tn. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me some stuff about it or when it was made?

here are some of the shaft im not shure what kind im open to opinions on it also

it has a ivory ferrel

If I remember correctly, I used to see these on eBay for about $150-$175 new. He offered two versions there, a very basic sneaky pete, no collars at the joint or butt....and then these slightly fancier versions. I believe they were all made from old barstick conversions. It could be that Mr Woodworth lives nearby, as to why your dad picked up the cue locally.

I do not believe the ferrule to be ivory.

i know the shaft is not original. I think i can remeber dad saying something like it was a brunswick and he worked on it? Im not for shure but the lighter wood on the but looks like no barstick ive seen. The reason i like is because it plays soft. I like this feel because of the feedback from the stick. It is not like you are in there with a stick of iron.
