Willard tip machine

Ok..sorry to bother you guys with this "trivial" problem, but I purchased a used machine from an AZer (good guy), and I need a set of directions for it. I understand that they come with a dvd, and regular paper instructions. I called and left several messages on the Willards answering machine, but have not recieved a call back. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

P.s The guy I bought it from doesnt have either one.

WOW !! The people on here never cease to amaze me. You guys always come thru with answers, ideas, and general knowledge. Thanks for all your help. Heres a copy of a private message I got from the seller of the machine. I also recieved a couple messages from other AZers that found what I was looking for. Thanks again guys !!
