Willard Tiping Machine

Do a search at this entire forum and you'll find an identical thread started by me awhile back.

Thanks for that.

I read somewhere a while back that it sometimes cuts into the ferrule.

Has this happened?

It can due to operator error, but that's true of anything.

I have a used one for sale. It is missing the blade holder. Does anybody know if a replacement is available from Williard?

Okay, I checked with Williard the blade holder is available for $32.50.
Anybody interested in my machine with missing blade holder. Please PM me
I think $200 would be fair.

IMHO it's the best way to do a great tip job ... only thing better is a lathe, just make sure you replace the trimmer blade often to shave the sides smooth and take it SLOW when getting tip close to the ferrule.

I'm thinking about buying this machine.

Anybody have one?

Pro's and Con's please.

I have a willard typing machine. It sometimes spells the easiest words wrong. It also runs out of ink extremely fast. I would not recomend it.
