Here's a used but in very good condition Willards Tipper, unit works perfectly. I'm including a tip press I made a couple years ago (used) but great condition. This is great for someone wanting to press tips or make their own duds I'm also including 20 tips with sale (10 elk master 5 Triangle and 5 Le Pro) so you can start on duds immediately or practice up changing tips the day you get it.
