Just a quick not to praise William Lee on a great job and outstanding customer service!
A while back I purchased a Willee cue here on AZBilliards and ended up cracking the butt cap (completely my fault). I contacted William regarding the repair. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating on the repair even though it was due to my carelessness. The turn around time was very quick and quality of work was awesome.
I even had him make me a second butt, which turned out perfect and very reasonably priced.
Anyone looking for a nice cue at a great price I highly recommend William Lee.
