William Liu billiard player in Korean tournament from 1996

The other day I was watching a few three cushion billiard mathches dated from 1996 from a Korean web site http://www.Tbc.co.kr There were many players including Sang Chun Lee, Koboyashi, Cuelmans, and Komori. They had a younger player from The People's Republic of China named "William Liu". I thought William played a good game and he won some of his matches (against Komori). Does anybody know any information on William Liu the three cushion player?

William Liu

William Liu's nickname is "Chewy" and was a talented player who was averaging .800-.900 when he was around 20 years old. He no longer plays.
