Would you like a FREE OB Cue? Would you like to be on ESPN? Would you like to watch some of the world's best pool players play in person for FREE? Well all of this could happen for you this week! If you are in Southern California or know someone in Southern California who might like to attend then here you go.......

OB Cues are the official cues of the 2014 Men's International Challenge of Champions, Women's Tournament of Champions and the Trick Shot Magic event. All of which are taking place this week in Southern California and all of which are being taped for later broadcast in HD on ESPN.

All 3 events are taking place at Harrah's Resort Southern California, 33750 Valley Center Rd, Valley Center, CA 92082. Here is the schedule:

Today 10/07/14 at 3pm PST the Men's International Challenge of Champions will take place between Darren Appleton, Shane Van Boening, Thorsten Hohmann and Dennis Orcollo. This event is free to attend, will last roughly 5 to 6 hours and there will also be an OB cue given away to one lucky spectator. There is also a free exhibition scheduled right after the taping at 9pm PST.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 8th at 3pm PST will be the Women's Tournament of Champions which will take place between Ga Young Kim, Kelly Fisher, Karen Corr and OB Pro Team member Allison Fisher (good luck Allison!). This event is free to attend, will last roughly 5 to 6 hours and there will also be an OB cue given away to one lucky spectator. There is also a free exhibition scheduled right after the taping at 9pm PST.

On Thursday the 9th at 2pm PST will be the Trick Shot Magic Event which will take place between Florian "Venom" Kohler, Nick Nikolaidis, Andy Segal and Gabi Visiou. This event is free to attend, will last roughly 5 to 6 hours and there will also be an OB cue given away to one lucky spectator.

We are proud to be a sponsor of these ESPN pool broadcasts for the third year in a row now and we will continue to support pool on TV as long as you the fans, continue to watch it. And as mentioned above, If you are in Southern California or know someone in Southern California who might like to attend then please stop by to watch some great pool or let someone in Southern California know about these events. If you are not anywhere close to the filming location, then you will still get a chance to watch these great events on ESPN in the next few months.

If they kept it in the same place it was in before I'd be there. Odd that they moved it totally on the other side of the country. Not like, well, lets move it a mile down the road, they wanted to just totally mess with the tournament.

It's like someone decided one day that there will be no pro pool outside of NY/NJ, CA or Vegas.

Geographically undesirable to me, but if I lived near there, I'd be a spectator in a heartbeat! Free admission and watching the greats play? What's not to like?

Sigh...yard work beckons today. :sorry:

It's been on the east coast for a while as you know. I think now the people on the west coast are being giving an opportunity to finally see this event in person. Seems only fair to me?

Absolutely right, Shane! It doesn't matter where it takes place, as long as it's a quality event, and OB cues is a great sponsor! Thanks for making this free for the fans on the left coast!
