I don't know who makes them, but my Win was very well made. I only recently got rid of it because i wanted a JB interior.

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard they were made in the same factory as Instroke cases.

Some are made by Instroke. Some are not. WIN is a private label brand owned by J&J.
