I just received a cue from a cold climate and I believe the cold caused the finish to crack, anyone experience similar problems in the cold weather and anyone have advice on shipping cues in the winter. thanks Sam.

The cue was used but it is a Schon and they are generally tough as heck.
Get a refund .............
fedex once left a cue outside my door all afternoon when it was -25 C.
finish around the rings popped. cue was shipped signature required too. great job fedex.
in the future i'd recommend using "do not freeze" labels on the pacckage and signature required. i'll stick with shipping via USPS/CANPOST, they may be federal employees, but they have yet to f*** up a shipment for me.
