Won't fit Palmer

Wonder why this is being called a Palmer shaft.
As far as I know Palmer has always used a 5/16 by 18 joint not the 5/16 by14. Was this New Jersey billiard supply and Palmer one in the same?

I did not know it was an AZ member. Just wanted to let any members know it won't fit a Palmer old or new. I am also wondering if there was a branch of Palmer called New Jersey Billiard supply or if Palmer made shafts that fit other cues and this company carried them

I would guess they are the Taiwan Import Palmers.

Newer Palmers use the 14 pin.

No Nick, like I said the new Palmers in general use the 5/16by 18. Except for the ones with radial pin. There was one series of import Palmers about 5 years ago that did use the 14 but they are no longer made and the shafts had a single trim ring.
Tate the seller is claiming these shafts are NOS from New Jersey Billiard supply.
