A lot of new styles of pins have barrels/ locating shoulders on them. The 3/8-10, & 11 included. It depends on who is maikng them.

And wouldnt weight be less with titanium and G10 radials?

As has been stated already, the Radial weighs more as it has the alignment barrel and it is about a half inch longer. Yes, titanium and g10 pins would weigh less than stainless or brass but they would also weigh less in a 3/8X10. Apples to apples, pears to pears and so forth.
