That looks like Brazilian rosewood.

Problem is , I t hink that's oiled and then CA finished .
Might be granadillo, might be chechen might be santos rosewood or cocobolo among the many guesses .

Its pyinma & cocobola. Straight from eric crisp. Thought it was curly maple.

I guess he would know.
However it does not look like any curly pyinma i've used.
Maybe it's the photo - grain appears coarse and whiter, almost like curly ash.
